The REMC Policy Board is chosen by the intermediate school district boards in the area served by the REMC.  The REMC Policy Board determines the policies, structure, and operation of the REMC; implements all fiscal arrangements, policies and agreements; approves the hiring of the director; and generally provides for the operation and administration of the REMC.
